1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lodgichost services ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer") and Lodgichost ("Provider", "we", "us").

2. Service Description

Lodgichost provides virtual private server hosting, game server hosting, web hosting, and cloud development environment services. Specific features, resource limits, and pricing are defined on our pricing page and order confirmation. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. Accounts registered with automated tools or temporary email addresses may be suspended without notice.

4. Payments and Billing

All fees are stated in EUR and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise noted. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle. We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Paysafecard. If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and may suspend services after 7 days. Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may be terminated with data loss.

All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of VAT. As an unregistered provider, we do not collect or remit VAT. You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service at any time through the client portal. We offer a 48-hour money-back guarantee on all plans. If you are not satisfied, contact support within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for any illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

• Engaging in or promoting illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or copyright infringement.
• Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing communications, or other abusive messaging.
• Distributing malware, viruses, trojans, or any other malicious software.
• Launching denial-of-service attacks, port scans, or any other form of network intrusion or disruption.
• Hosting or distributing content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or harassment.
• Operating cryptocurrency miners, gambling platforms, or similar high-resource activities without explicit written authorization.
• Using the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without prior notice and without refund.

7. Service Level Agreement

We aim to provide 99.9% network and infrastructure uptime, measured monthly. Uptime is provided on a best-effort basis and does not entitle you to automatic compensation.

8. Data Protection and Privacy

We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lodgichost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic, in accordance with EU regulations.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective 30 days after posting on our website.
